Intermediate swimmers will continue to develop and improve their swim strokes. Working with an instructor, you will define your individual swimming goals that you would like to meet, such as: dives, forward rolls, and tuck jumps into the water flutter kicks front and back crawl Prerequisite: Adult 1 or equivalent Please bring: Swimsuit, towel Forms/waivers: None
