About this event

Take part in a whole-body workout in the water while enjoying quality time with your baby. Classes will include cardio, strength and play components. Time will be spent between the main and tot pools (where available). You will: enjoy the benefits of a low impact, self-paced cardio workout tone and strengthen your body through water resistance and aquatic equipment exercises introduce your baby to the pool in a fun and friendly class Prerequisite: Your baby must be 6 -18 months of age and must be registered for this class. Ensure your doctor has cleared you to exercise. Please bring: Swimsuit, towel, swim diaper and plastic pants for your baby. If you do not have plastic pants, they can be purchased at the pool. Forms/waivers: None

Private swim lessons - all ages

Tuesday, April 21, 2026 • 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Any age or ability can take part in this swim lesson. You will work with an instructor to customize your lesson plan and swimming goals. Semi-private lessons are also available to swimmers from the same household of roughly the same age and ability. You could focus on: swim strokes treading water entry into the pool kick types Prerequisite: None Please bring: Swimsuit, towel Forms/waivers: None

Clay handbuilding: intermediate - adults

You will set goals and create from your own ideas. An instructor will be available to help you with: applying sprigs, texture and detail form and composition applying slips, stains and glazes Prerequisite: Confident in beginner handbuilding skills or above Please bring: Clothing that can get messy, any tools you might have and a towel. Plan to purchase clay and tools in the first class. Forms/waivers: None
