You and your baby will explore moving and the joy of music through engaging and playful activities. Classes will focus on: sensory and movement activities gentle stretch and strengthening moving together open studio space at the end of class for free play/dance breaktimes as needed Prerequisite: Ensure your doctor has cleared you for this type of activity Please bring: Clothing you can move in, a blanket or baby carrier for your baby (optional), snacks/bottle Forms/waivers: None

You will be introduced to Pilates principles that will elongate and tone your muscles.
