Preschoolers will learn foundational dance knowledge that will help grow their movement skills, artistic expression and confidence. They will take part in creative skill building and improvisation activities that will work on:
speed, rhythm and balance
movement skills and technique
sharp and soft movement
narrative, abstract and thematic movement
Prerequisite: None
Please bring: Clothing they can move in, dancing shoes or bare feet
