About this event

Kids with strong forward skating skills will learn the basics of figure skating in this lesson. They will learn about: edges jumps spins Prerequisite: Skating lessons 4 or equivalent. Please bring: CSA approved hockey helmet, ice skates (Ensure skates are sharp. We do not provide skate sharpening), gloves/mittens Be prepared: Skate & Helmet Guidelines and Information about Helmets Video Forms/waivers: None

Tethered deep water workout - teens & adults

Sunday, April 12, 2026 • 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM

In deep water, you will be tethered to a lane rope by a bungee to increase the intensity of a standard deep-water workout. You will wear a floatation belt to increase your: cardio fitness muscular endurance overall fitness Prerequisite: Must be comfortable in deep water without assistance and be able to use the ladder to get in and out of the pool (please inquire beforehand if the facility has a lift) Please bring: Swimsuit, water bottle, towel Forms/waivers: None
