Improve your overall fitness and endurance through an introduction to swim workouts. You will set your own goals and work with one of our instructors to achieve them. You could work on: interval training using a pace clock and timer designing water workouts distance and sprint swims Prerequisite: Swim four lengths of the pool continuously. Clay handbuilding: beginner - adults

You will be introduced to clay handbuilding methods to create sculpture and pottery.
