You will work on techniques that will take practice and focus, including: stretching breathing repetitive movements Prerequisite: Gentle Fitness 3 - Must be comfortable doing 30+ minutes of continuous activity Please bring: Comfortable clothes, clean indoor shoes, water bottle Forms/waivers: None

You will learn new skills to be recertified, including: updated water rescue techniques CPR skills testing your knowledge with an exam Prerequisite: Previously held a Bronze Cross Award (please bring proof of certification on the first day) and a current Alberta workplace approved Intermediate First Aid Certification Please bring: Swimsuit, towel Forms/waivers: None

Swim & Lifesaving Instructor recertification - teens & adults

After completing this course, you will have a renewed certification to teach Swim for Life® swimming lessons, Canadian Swim Patrol, Bronze Star, Bronze Medallion and Bronze Cross courses. Full attendance is required and a practical test must be passed for certification.
