About this event
Through circuits, games and activities, kids will be taught basic to moderate gymnastics techniques that will improve their balance, coordination, and flexibility. Using gymnastics equipment such as balance beams, mats and bars, they will practice skills like: somersaults and cartwheels handstands and headstands pullovers tuck, straddle, and pike positions Prerequisite: None Please bring: Comfortable clothing that is zipper-free, water bottle Forms/waivers: Indoor Rock Climbing and Gymnastics (Child)
