About this event

You will learn the basics of hockey through various drills, activities and scrimmages in this non-competitive program. You will work on and improve: skating skills passing shooting handling the puck Prerequisite: Must be able to skate forwards, backwards and stop. Please bring: CSA approved hockey helmet with full cage and full hockey gear, including hockey skates (Ensure skates are sharp. We do not provide skate sharpening). Be prepared: Skate & Helmet Guidelines , Information about Helmets Video and Hockey Equipment Video Forms/waivers: None

Intermediate First Aid, CPR-C & AED - teens & adults

You will be provided training on all aspects of Intermediate First Aid and CPR, through classroom learning and practical learning. Your certification is valid for three years.
