You will be provided training on all aspects of Intermediate First Aid and CPR, through classroom learning and practical learning. Your certification is valid for three years. Courses will cover: medical/legal aspects spinal injuries bone and joint injuries abdominal and chest injuries burns and medical emergencies CPR-C and AED certification Prerequisite: None Please bring: Comfortable clothing, pen, notebook, water bottle, snacks Forms/waivers: None

Learn advanced lifesaving skills that will prepare you for lifeguarding. Bronze Cross is needed for all advanced training programs, including National Lifeguard and Instructor certifications. Full attendance is required and a practical test must be passed for certification. Learn the four components of water rescue, which are judgement, knowledge, skill and fitness. Full attendance is required and a practical test must be passed for certification.
