In this four day course, kids and teens will develop leadership skills that can prepare them for opportunities at school and in the community. They will learn: how they can make a difference to the environment gain self-esteem and confidence develop meaningful relationships Prerequisite: None Please bring: Completed forms/waivers, weather appropriate clothing, water bottle, healthy snack and lunch Forms/waivers: Program Participant Information Form

This combined swim lesson will allow swimmers to continue to improve their Swimmer 5 skills, while also being introduced to Swimmer 6 skills. They will work on and learn: different types of entries and exits surface support and underwater skills Swim to Survive® skills movement in the water Prerequisite: Swimmer 4 Please bring: Swimsuit, towel Forms/waivers: None

Preschool 3: Swim for Life®

Wednesday, March 18, 2026 • 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM

While increasing their swimming skills, your preschool will also become more safe in and around the water in this swimming lesson. They will learn to: do a sideways entry into deep water while wearing a lifejacket retrieve objects from the bottom of the pool in waist deep water independently float, do lateral rollovers and glides Prerequisite: Preschool 2 Please bring: Swimsuit, towel, swim diaper and plastic pants if not toilet trained. Swimmer 1: Swim for Life® - kids & teens

Beginner swimmers will learn the foundational skills needed for swimming. Swimmer 2: Swim for Life® - kids & teens

Wednesday, March 18, 2026 • 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM

This beginner swimming lesson will continue to increase your kid/teen's confidence in and around the water. They will learn: sideways entries into the pool while wearing a lifejacket interval training whip kicks in a vertical position distance swims front and back crawl Prerequisite: Swimmer 1 or Preschool 5 Please bring: Swimsuit, towel Forms/waivers: None
