Outdoor body bootcamp - teens & adults

Take part in outdoor bootcamp-style bodyweight exercises that will help increase your endurance and improve your strength. Classes run rain or shine, with an indoor space for inclement weather. Tethered deep water workout - teens & adults

In deep water, you will be tethered to a lane rope by a bungee to increase the intensity of a standard deep-water workout.
