This class is designed for kids & teens who have previous experience in Taekwondo and are ready to build on their skills. They will continue developing techniques, discipline and confidence through structured training and practice. They will: refine and expand their Taekwondo techniques strengthen their discipline, focus and resilience build confidence, self-esteem and feel empowered Prerequisite: Completion of a beginner Taekwondo class Please bring: Comfortable clothes (uniform is not required), clean indoor shoes if you do not want to participate barefoot, water bottle Forms/waivers: None
