About this event
Through progressive weight training, you will strengthen and define your muscles. Each workout will build off the strength earned in the previous class. You will learn:
how to use barbells with adjustable weights and other strength equipment
proper technique to prevent injury
how to use sets and repetitions in training

Please bring: Clean, indoor athletic shoes, water bottle
