About this event
Kids who can confidently skate forwards and know how to skate backwards will increase their edge control and speed in this skating lesson. Through drills and activities, they will learn:
forward circle thrusts
forward slaloms
backward glides
how to change skating direction
edge control on a turn
Prerequisite: Skating lessons 3 or equivalent.
Please bring: CSA approved hockey helmet, ice skates (Ensure skates are sharp. We do not provide skate sharpening), gloves/mittens
