Your preschooler will work on improving their level 2 skills and be introduced to level 3 skills. They will continue to work on and learn: front and back glides flutter kicks sideways entry into deep water wearing a lifejacket Prerequisite: Preschool 1 Please bring: Swimsuit, towel, swim diaper and plastic pants if not toilet trained. Swimmer 5: Swim for Life® - kids & teens

This swimming lesson for advanced swimmers will introduce new skills and incorporate skills for kids and teens to master from previous levels. They will learn: shallow dives and tuck jumps back somersaults stationary eggbeater kick front crawl and breaststroke with their head out of the water interval training and sprints Prerequisite: Swimmer 4 Please bring: Swimsuit, towel Forms/waivers: None

Swimmer 6: Swim for Life® - kids & teens

Tuesday, June 2, 2026 • 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

This swimming lesson will prepare advanced swimmers for the Canadian Swim Patrol classes. They will work on: deep water stride entry and compact jumps treading water with only their legs using lifesaving eggbeater and scissor kicks accomplish a 300 metre workout with front crawl, back crawl and/or breaststroke Prerequisite: Swimmer 5 Please bring: Swimsuit, towel Forms/waivers: None

This swimming lesson will help to improve your preschooler's level 4 skills and also introduce them to level 5 skills.
