National Lifeguard - teens & adults

Become a certified lifeguard through in-pool and classroom learning. Full attendance is required and a practical test must be passed for certification. You will: expand on the skills and judgement learned in Bronze Cross practice lifesaving techniques take part in rescue training Prerequisite: Bronze Cross award (does not need to be current) and an Alberta workplace approved Intermediate First Aid or higher (does not need to be current, however a current Intermediate First Aid is recommended for employment readiness). Please bring: Swimsuit, towel Forms/waivers: None
