About this event

This swimming lesson for advanced swimmers will introduce new skills and incorporate skills for kids and teens to master from previous levels. They will learn: shallow dives and tuck jumps back somersaults stationary eggbeater kick front crawl and breaststroke with their head out of the water interval training and sprints Prerequisite: Swimmer 4 Please bring: Swimsuit, towel Forms/waivers: None

Birthday Party - VSLC Surf's Up Swim Party

Enjoy two hours of swimming in the water park with waves, play structures and slides during our public swim times. Followed by one hour in our party area for food, cake and gift opening.
