About this event

This swimming lesson for advanced swimmers will introduce new skills and incorporate skills for kids and teens to master from previous levels. They will learn: shallow dives and tuck jumps back somersaults stationary eggbeater kick front crawl and breaststroke with their head out of the water interval training and sprints Prerequisite: Swimmer 4 Please bring: Swimsuit, towel Forms/waivers: None

Kids will be introduced to basic taekwondo skills that will help develop their self-control and discipline.
