About this event
Care partners will take part in yoga poses that will create a balance between their physical, mental and emotional well-being. You will learn gentle poses and movements to actively care for yourself. This will be run at the same time as balance & strength with dementia. The class will focus on:
harmonizing breath to increase capacity for compassionate caregiving
relieve stress and tension
finding a source of empowerment
achieving a greater sense of physical and mental balance
Prerequisite: None
Please bring: Yoga mat, comfortable layered clothing, water bottle
