This program has three modules that will focus on water proficience, first aid skills and recognition and rescue techniques. Swimmer 3: Swim for Life® - kids & teens

Kids and teens will be introduced to new skills that will increase their swimming ability in this intermediate swim class. They will work on: kneeling dives and forward rolls into deep water handstands and front somersaults front and back crawl whip kick on their back interval training Prerequisite: Swimmer 2 Please bring: Swimsuit, towel Forms/waivers: None

Preschool 4 & 5: Swim for Life®

Tuesday, June 2, 2026 • 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM

This swimming lesson will help to improve your preschooler's level 4 skills and also introduce them to level 5 skills. They will continue to improve and learn: opening their eyes underwater pendulum rollovers onto their back treading water forward roll entry into the pool whip kicks Prerequisite: Preschool 3 Please bring: Swimsuit, towel, swim diaper and plastic pants if not toilet trained. While increasing their swimming skills, your preschool will also become more safe in and around the water in this swimming lesson. They will learn to: do a sideways entry into deep water while wearing a lifejacket retrieve objects from the bottom of the pool in waist deep water independently float, do lateral rollovers and glides Prerequisite: Preschool 2 Please bring: Swimsuit, towel, swim diaper and plastic pants if not toilet trained. Take part in outdoor bootcamp-style bodyweight exercises that will help increase your endurance and improve your strength. Classes run rain or shine, with an indoor space for inclement weather.
