About this event

Take part in outdoor bootcamp-style bodyweight exercises that will help increase your endurance and improve your strength. Classes run rain or shine, with an indoor space for inclement weather. You will: increase strength and endurance improve overall fitness levels benefit from diverse and challenging drills Prerequisite: None Please bring: Comfortable clothes, supportive/athletic footwear, exercise mat, water bottle and towel. Bug spray and sunscreen recommended. Forms/waivers: None

Improve your overall fitness and endurance through an introduction to swim workouts. You will set your own goals and work with one of our instructors to achieve them.
