Through an indoor presentation and an outdoor walk, you and your kid will learn the unique sounds, shapes and colours of local birds. Your preschooler will work on improving their level 2 skills and be introduced to level 3 skills. You will improve your conditioning through an ever-changing variety of deep-water workouts that may include circuits, tethering and more. Each class will grow in intensity to increase your: cardio fitness muscular strength range of motion flexibility Prerequisite: Previous Deep Water Workout experience and a current baseline of fitness is recommended. Yoga for a healthy back - teens & adults

You will practice a series of poses that will help reduce and prevent back pain, while also improving your overall wellness.
