About this event

You will improve your conditioning through an ever-changing variety of deep-water workouts that may include circuits, tethering and more. Each class will grow in intensity to increase your: cardio fitness muscular strength range of motion flexibility Prerequisite: Previous Deep Water Workout experience and a current baseline of fitness is recommended. Must be able to use the ladder to get in and out of the deep pool (please inquire beforehand if the facility has a lift) Please bring: Swimsuit, water bottle, towel Forms/waivers: None

In this orientation class, older adults will be shown how to use the weight room. You will learn: how to safely use machines and equipment proper etiquette modified fitness exercises Prerequisite: None Please bring: Clean, indoor athletic shoes, water bottle Forms/waivers: None

Bronze Medallion® - teens & adults

Monday, June 15, 2026 • 4:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Learn the four components of water rescue, which are judgement, knowledge, skill and fitness. Full attendance is required and a practical test must be passed for certification. You will be introduced to lifesaving skills such as: tows and carries various defense and release methods for rescues of conscious and unconscious victims stroke efficiency and endurance being certified in CPR-C and AED Prerequisite: Bronze Star or 13 years old Please bring: Swimsuit, towel Forms/waivers: None

Weight room orientation - teens & adults

You will be shown how to use the weight room in this orientation class. All teens 13-15 years of age are required to complete an orientation class before they can use the weight room. You will learn: how to use the fitness equipment weight room etiquette basic fitness exercises Prerequisite: None Please bring: Clean, indoor athletic shoes, water bottle Forms/waivers: Weight Room/Strength Training for 13-15 year olds

Pilates - teens & adults

You will tone and elongate your muscles through a series of Pilates exercises. With regular Pilates practice you will: work on your whole-body strength and flexibility for alignment build your mind-body connection improve your physical and mental health Prerequisite: None Please bring: Yoga mat, comfortable layered clothing, water bottle, clean indoor shoes if you do not want to participate barefoot Forms/waivers: None

Pure Strength - teens & adults

Tuesday, June 16, 2026 • 11:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Through progressive weight training, you will strengthen and define your muscles. Each workout will build off the strength earned in the previous class. You will learn: how to use barbells with adjustable weights and other strength equipment proper technique to prevent injury how to use sets and repetitions in training Prerequisite: None Please bring: Clean, indoor athletic shoes, water bottle Forms/waivers: None
