About this event

You will improve your conditioning through an ever-changing variety of deep-water workouts that may include circuits, tethering and more. Each class will grow in intensity to increase your: cardio fitness muscular strength range of motion flexibility Prerequisite: Previous Deep Water Workout experience and a current baseline of fitness is recommended. Must be able to use the ladder to get in and out of the deep pool (please inquire beforehand if the facility has a lift) Please bring: Swimsuit, water bottle, towel Forms/waivers: None

By taking part in classroom learning and practical experience with other participants, you will learn the skills required to become a certified older adult fitness instructor.
