You will improve your conditioning through an ever-changing variety of deep-water workouts that may include circuits, tethering and more. Each class will grow in intensity to increase your: cardio fitness muscular strength range of motion flexibility Prerequisite: Previous Deep Water Workout experience and a current baseline of fitness is recommended.
