About this event
This advanced level class is designed for participants who have a solid foundation in Pilates principles and are ready to challenge their strength, flexibility and control through a series of dynamic mat-based exercises. This program will focus on:
improving core strength and stability
enhancing flexibility and balance
developing better posture and body awareness
Prerequisite: Completion of a beginner Pilates class
Please bring: Yoga mat, comfortable layered clothing, water bottle, clean indoor shoes if you do not want to participate barefoot
