About this event

This swimming lesson will help to improve your preschooler's level 4 skills and also introduce them to level 5 skills. They will continue to improve and learn: opening their eyes underwater pendulum rollovers onto their back treading water forward roll entry into the pool whip kicks Prerequisite: Preschool 3 Please bring: Swimsuit, towel, swim diaper and plastic pants if not toilet trained. Forms/waivers: None

They will learn: how to serve the ball proper hitting techniques to return shots different strokes like volleys and lobs Prerequisite: None Please bring: Running shoes, water bottle Offered in collaboration with one of Sport Hubs partners.
