Taekwondo focuses on self-defence techniques like: front, side, roundhouse and high kicks fist and elbow strikes forearm and palm blocks Prerequisite: None Please bring: Comfortable clothes (uniform is not required), clean indoor shoes if you do not want to participate barefoot, water bottle Forms/waivers: None
