About this event

In deep water, you will be tethered to a lane rope by a bungee to increase the intensity of a standard deep-water workout. You will wear a floatation belt to increase your: cardio fitness muscular endurance overall fitness Prerequisite: Must be comfortable in deep water without assistance and be able to use the ladder to get in and out of the pool (please inquire beforehand if the facility has a lift) Please bring: Swimsuit, water bottle, towel Forms/waivers: None

Learn the four components of water rescue, which are judgement, knowledge, skill and fitness. Full attendance is required and a practical test must be passed for certification.
