Take part in beginner yoga poses that will help you regain your strength and flexibility after pregnancy. Your baby will be beside you in a carrier or on an exercise mat during class. You will bond with your baby while: improving your posture, core strength and pelvic floor muscles learning mediation techniques increasing your mental health by socializing with other parents Prerequisite: Your baby must be registered for this class.
