About this event
In a small group of active older adults, you will improve your overall fitness and strength for athletic activities. Through moderate to intense activities in the weight room, you will work on:
exercises to improve muscular strength & power
activities to improve mobility
drills to improve balance
Prerequisite: None
Please bring: Clean, indoor athletic shoes, water bottle
