You will be introduced to lifesaving skills such as: tows and carries various defense and release methods for rescues of conscious and unconscious victims stroke efficiency and endurance being certified in CPR-C and AED Prerequisite: Bronze Star or 13 years old prior to the last day of the course Please bring: Swimsuit, towel Forms/waivers: None
After completing the course, you will be recertified in Intermediate First Aid, CPR-C and AED.
